Chemical Resistant Mortars/ Tiles

RAJBIT Compounds-  Bitumen based material as an underlay for acid proof bricks/tiles stones and mastic lining.Can withstand mild acids, alkalis, salts, bases.

RAJSIL-K Compounds-Potassium silicate based cement. Resistant to all acids including strong oxidising acids and solvents. Excellent under highly acidic conditions. Max. working temperature 800 to 1000 oC.

RAJPHEN Compounds- Phenolic resin based cement. Resistant to non-oxidising acids, many organic solvents, acids,neutral salts. Max working temperature 170 oC

RAJFUR Compounds- Furan resin based cement. Resistant to most non-oxidising acids, alkalis, salts and solvents,valuable for use in the presence of alternating acidic & alkaline conditions. Max. working temperature 170 oC.

RAJCASH Compounds- CNSL resin based cement. Resistant to oxidizing & non-oxidising acids, alkalis and salts,suitable in the presence of alternating acidic & alkaline conditions. Max. working temperature
160 oC.

RAJPOL Compounds- Polyester resin based cement. Resistant to oxidising as well as non- oxidising acids, salts,and some organic solvents. Can withstand alkaline conditions. Max. working temperature 90 oC.

RAJCRYL Compounds- Acrylic polymer based mortar for laying tiles, for floor toppings and patch work for maintenance of shop floors. Floors treated with RAJCRYL Compound are very hardwearing and impact resistant.

RAJGRAPH- Graphite tiles used to line reaction vessels. Excellent resistance to most non-oxidising acids(HF), alkalis, salts and organic solvents. May substitute glass lining. Max. working temperature 170 oC.

GEROCK- Acid proof tiles confirming to IS 4860 / IS 4457. Used in tanks, floor, drains, vessels to resist acid, alkalis and solvents. Limitations in HF.

HIGH PERFORMANCE CHEMICAL RESISTANT MONOLITHIC LININGS

GEFLOR EP CR ( Variants- GEFLOR EP CR TC / FC)- Solvent free epoxy based compound for resistance to heavy duty chemicals – acids, alkalis.Excellent mechanical strength. Maximum working temperature 90º C. Applied as coatings, screeds linings, fiber reinforced linings and tile mortar. Also suitable for potable water tanks.

GEFLOR EP CR HT TC- High performance pigmented novolac epoxy based coating with higher temperature resistance and resistant to heavy duty chemicals – acids, alkalis in immersion conditions. Recommended for internal coating of tanks and RCC structures.

GESTONE- Composite system with excellent mechanical & chemical resistance. Including resistance to oxidizing acids, bleaching chemicals. Max working temperature 100º C.

GEFLOR EP CTE- Coal tar epoxy based compound for resistance to chemicals – mild acids, alkalis and sea water. Good mechanical strength. Applied as coatings, screeds linings, fiber reinforced linings and tile mortar.

GEFLOR PPGL- Chemical resistant lining system particularly for use in D.M water plants. It is best suitable for concrete surfaces and plant floors with low mechanical movement and exposure to chemicals.

RAJPOL FRP Lining- Fibre reinforced coatings based on bis-phenol / vinyl ester resin composite system with excellent mechanical & chemical resistance. Including resistance to oxidizing acids, bleaching chemicals. Max working temperature 120º C.

MULTI USE EPOXY

 GEFLOR EP G- Multiuse purpose solvent free epoxy compound for protective coatings, floor mortars,groutings, crack fillings, bonding of old to new concrete, waterproofing, etc. Excellent bond strength and mechanical strength.

GEFLOR EP S- Low viscosity epoxy based coating used as a primer for protective coatings, bonding of old to new concrete, waterproofing, etc. Excellent bond strength and penetrating properties.

GECONSEAL EP- Low viscosity epoxy based clear concrete sealant, for making concrete floors and structures impermeable, giving dustfree properties at low cost.

Low viscosity, epoxy floor paint for thin coatings. Excellent mechanical and abrasion resistance with excellent gloss, UV resistance & aesthetic appeal. Recommended for godowns, car parks, engineering industry.

Polyurethane based self leveling system for 1-2 mm coatings. Good gloss, UV resistance,aesthetic appeal and chemical resistance. Excellent abrasion resistance. Recommended for food, pharmaceuticals, electronics etc.

GEFLOR PU FC-
Low viscosity, polyurethane floor paint for thin coatings. Excellent mechanical and abrasion resistance with good gloss, UV resistance & aesthetic appeal. Recommended for godowns, car parks, engineering industry and as an over coat to epoxy coatings.

Epoxy based anti static self leveling system for 2-3 mm coatings. Good gloss and
